HEDRA

A single, foundational session for situations that no longer resolve on their own.

HEDRA is a one-time, structured session. It is entered when a specific situation has been thought about, discussed, and revisited many times — without reaching clarity.

It is not therapy. It is not coaching. It is not a motivational conversation.

What happens in HEDRA

The work focuses on what already exists: facts, constraints, attempts that have already been made, and the points where things stop.

  • frame the situation precisely, without softening;
  • separate what is real from what is assumed;
  • identify what actually requires a decision.

No new goals are added. The outcome is a clearer structure of reality, and one or more concrete options that can be acted on.

Access

HEDRA is not entered automatically. Access is considered through a preliminary call.

If the situation is deemed appropriate, access is confirmed via email.
